Sarah Hyland
Sarah, embarked on her HR career after coming up through the ranks within retail management where she managed teams of 40 employees. So what? Well many HR managers have never really managed people and aren’t always aware of the unpredictable nature and nuances that come with managing teams. Sarah’s experience is also generalist, and has provided strategic HR business partnering support to companies in a variety of different industries for over 10 years, included but not limited to – retail, advertising, real estate, financial service, technology. Having managed large teams directly, she holds a particular interest in management development and how internal reflection can make us better people managers. Like Charlie, Sarah is also a dog mum to the very loveable Bruce – you will often see him wondering onto the zoom screen!
